@ESSENCEOFEACHTHING I don't think so since Larry's from NYC. According Miles, Lee brought his son Larry to Miles and told him Larry wanted to be a musician. He asked Miles to say a few words to him. This might have been around the time Larry was going to enter Julliard--or perhaps earlier.
