I recently read about some poor guy in the states (arizona or around that way) who was sued by his local water company for collecting rain water, they argued that water is scarce in his area and any rain that falls would eventually end up in the river they had water rights to, therefore, any water he collected was actually depriving them of what is rightfully theirs, and with that crazy argument they won and now no one in that area is allowed to collect rain water!! GO USA lol

Where did you get your blue rain barrel? I see you set your windmill to stop the wind too. I have done the same thing and I've been very successful in stopping everything :))
