The song is actually written by country and western legend Dolly Parton who has made a tonne of money from anyone using this song with Whitneys voice on it but if you can find the orignial owner Dolly Partons has much more emotion when she sings,  Whitney just screeches. Nice vid need to change credits music and lyrics written by Dolly Parton sung by Whitney Houston otherwise hardcore Dolly Parton fans will be outraged by that notion.!!!!!!!!!!

The Doctor and Rose were in love...he even said at times that it didn't need to be said even though he never said it before. Donna and the Doctor were like the best friends that loved being together. Martha cared for the Doctor but she was more the person that accompanioned him after losing Rose.

Billie Piper said that Rose & Doctor are in love - in an interview after filming the first series!! Other producers have said, on Dr.Who Confidential episodes, that they are in love. He may not have said "I love you", but he was going to say it when he was cut off. That has been confirmed.

Anyway, it is obvious that they love each other in a way that the Doctor has never expressed on any of the old Dr.Who episodes.
