Calling your review shit when it is truly bad doesn't make me a troll, sorry fella. Trolls do things for laughs, Phantom 2040 is a good game that you suck at and thus say is bad, but man, you're really, really bad at reviewing.

This comment is a bit longer, but still contains nothing whatsoever in terms of a constructive statement, except maybe in reference to what may or may not make you a troll, whore.  That being said, I defend that it is just a review, neither good nor bad, as it reviews what Phantom 2040 the game was as well as how it played, including gameplay footage. I don't think it's amazing, but still, fuck your comment.

Like someone else said, this was based on the cartoon that aired in 1994 (on FOX Kids I believe), the series never caught on and neither did the game.

Great cartoon and game, they really worked hard to make something that was quality rather than just marketable.
