  • Pastor Pancho Juarez Montebello Calvary Chapel........Glory be to God.

  • I'm happy your wife went into remission but don't you think her recovery might have had more to do with what the doctors did for her than that prayer? Lymphoma is in many cases very sensitive to chemotherapy, it is used successfully on people as well as laboratory animals with cancer and success is seen in both. Does your god also work miracles on laboratory animals? What a great guy he performs miracles on cancer with chemotherapy sometimes. Why does he let the cancer start?

  • @emaildoctor Why did He let His only Son to die for us? Did He have to?

  • @DocRomaniac Right he sacrificed himself to himself so that he could forgive us for a rule he created that was broken by someone else. Pardon but for one we never should have been guilty of a crime we did not commit, and on top of that even if you want to justify that why not just forgive? Why the need for the convoluted plan to murder someone for blood shed.

All this aside again you can hardly call it a sacrifice as he had the power to return to life, so he lost what... a few days?

  • The HMO joke at the very end was funny... other than that, ehhh.

  • You know what, most of atheists who turned into religious do not exactly know what the atheism is. They just think there's no God without any critical thinking. And, they just get convinced to religion so easily. Once you study and research about the atheism and religion, you can never be convinced to the religion. Why?? It is because your morality will be broken unless you are a brain-washed.

  • @gganjang That is the trouble. Religion is something that we try to do to get right with God. Faith is a fellowship with God. Even the greatest atheists had says themselves that atheism does not have a leg to stand on. Study you belief if you are so animate about it. :)

  • @DocRomaniac wth are you talking about..?

  • @DocRomaniac Please name these "greatest Atheists" that said such things.

Denying the existence of a God when claims said for such a God provide no evidence to support themselves and then calling this denial soemthing that has "no leg to stand on" is like me saying there's an invisible dragon in my garage and when you don't believe me because I won't provide evidence of this dragons existence would be the equivalent of me then saying your disbelief was unjustified. Thus religion = bs.

  • Thanks for watching this conference video where real lives are changed. Did you come to the end of you. Are you thinking about suicide or maybe that life does not have any meaning. God came in human flesh to sympathize with us and to make a way for us to be redeemed back to Him. Only a God could carry all the sins of the world on his shoulders, brake free from hell and on the third day be raised from the dead. As for me and my house we will follow the Lord

  • @DocRomaniac Lives changed through a placebo effect. This could be a buddist, muslim, jain, hindu, or any other of the 1000s of religion and the effect would be the same. There is 0% truth behind all the claims you are making. Paul's letters had little to no connection with the historic jesus, Acts is a complete forgery, and the gospels disconnected from the historic JC. No truth, just myths. I was a christian for 20 years before learning this and wished i knew sooner, it's for your own good.

  • @caddy38 I challenge you to dig deep and research what you think you know about the Bible. Check references and history. You are gambling with your eternal destination. :)

  • You have to be fucking kidding me.

  • @Rary113

You must not of gone through too many stuggles. Wait until you are married, and possibly have children. :)

  • @Rary113 NO! :)

  • it's a mental disorder, if you are religious or becoming religious, get out while you still can

  • @caddy38

Did you ever see a drug addict change his ways just by calling out to a person to save him. A name above all names who has power and authority over all because He created all. That person is Jesus the Christ!

  • @DocRomaniac That would be awesome if it were true. If I thought that god or jesus existed, I would call on them all the time! Unfortunately, there is no evidence and no good reason to beleive such concepts exist or that there is an afterlife, To beleive as such is imo living in a fantasy world. Honestly, reality is fulfilling enough without the added supernatural element.

  • What a full of shit!

    Religious people are definately DELUSIONAL!!

  • @Velvetroomdj

I wonder if you will be delisional when your car brakes down in a secluded part of town late at night and as you try to look under the hood to see what is going on you hear foot steps coming toward you and you see a dozen burly guys walking toward you - I wonder if it matters if they came out of a bible study that night or not?

  • @Doc (*facpalm*) do you know what bible study has gotten this world? crusades, witch burnings, heretic killings, suppresion of science, execution of jews and homosexuals. the bible is the worst example of morality put to paper. secular morality has saved the west, humanism has replaced what is at the heart of most religions, this is not a bible based concept but a secular one. what if you were a muslim in the 10th century and men walked out of a bible study towards you? your head would roll

  • @caddy38 Isn't it interesting how people look at what so called christian did, what about the atheists did like: Marxism, Fascism, and Communism. The number is in the 100s of millions.

  • @DocRomaniac Ok, so please state how a lack of belief in God was the motivating factor behind any of these? I'll give you a hint, if they all wore the same shirt it would have just as much to do with their political motives, ie nothing. Atheism makes no claim it simply denies one, it is not a motivation unlike Christianity which gives plenty of motives, commands, and rules to live by which can motivate action.

Given I don't expect you to consider this because it would mean you wanted the truth.

  • @DocRomaniac This scenario of yours makes no sense about religious people being delusional or not. You're setting up a straw man point here, which is not related.

  • @Comp1337e Anyhow, I'm still glad your wife is doing better... just don't attribute it to prayer, but to the chemo doing its work.

  • @DocRomaniac " I wonder if it matters if they came out of a bible study that night or not?"

lol how the hell does validate a religion. Id be less intimidated by a preist walking by yes but if I looked at records of arrests then i certainly wouldnt back christians to be the ideal choice (a mechanic would be more useful). a peaceful delusional person is still delusional. just one that i dont have to be intimidated by
