I agree its bad and i am appauled by it.

But its only a matter of time b4 it happens again because companys with shareholders are profit driven so inevitably they start to cost cut.

Then you have a situation where cuts lead to old equipment and corner cutting on safety.

I saw pictures of american's burning the british union Flag (tut tut shame on you).

try blaming the company not the country.
