-_- it's not like he was a man who just decided to be a woman, as you imply. Sometimes when a boy is born, in his childhood he acts and even thinks he is a girl. and as that boy grows up, he feels as if he is a girl stuck in a boy's body.

this can also happen with being a boy stuck in a girl's body.

These people are called transgendered/transsexual/ w/e.

But now, after Facial Feminization surgery, she feels more comfortable with her body, as if it's the way it's supposed to be.

great nose job!! :) yeah eyes go bloodshot cos of the surgery itself ..but then it goes away =)

You parentsand family are just wonderful. I will be truthful though think the results are oh so... minor

perhaps that is what you wanted... Did he even do the forehead?

yeah he didn't remove the forhead and reshape it outside of my skull and then place it back in with titanium screws and plates, that's what i would have preferred but it's a bit riskier. instead he just filed down the brow bossing and forehead a bit but not too much so as not to make it too thin. the end result is a not so noticeable difference. but oh well i'm not exactly going to have it redone :-P

I understand it is riskier but for me it would be riskier to go through all the surgery and money and still be percieved as male I would be so depressed.. Good luck!
