@Lewis1711 please don't do that. You need specific weights for all of your different muscles. This is how good work-outs and people that know what they're doing get bad wraps..due to idiots/morons like yourself
the 'funny bone' itself is actually the ulna nerve rather than a bone. It's just called that as it is commonly hit around the elbow where it is surrounded by bone. If you hit it hard enough you'll get pins and needles down your forearm. enjoy
nice tute, one thing i would suggest is to begin from the starting position with the dumbbells held parallel. Then, as you move through the movement supinate your hands. this puts the biceps through its full range of motion and ultimately gets a better workout..
The aim of the incline curls are to put more emphasis on the long head of biceps rather than the short, not to "put more stress on the outer bicep (?)". what's an 'outer bicep'?
@ty99999returns lol and you're a fucking asshole just leaving hate on random people. Get a fucking life for crying at loud, get something to do, lift some weight, idk just don't project your own fucking insecurities to the rest of us please. Asshole.
@ty99999returns Am I? Talk about little projection here dude... I really couldn't care less if she has bigger penis or tits than me. Please don't project your insecurities on the rest of us.
this is more for shaping and defining the biceps for aesthetics; it puts more stress on the outer biceps because of the stretched position of your arm, behind your body.
The regular curl is more for building mass over the entire muscle because you can use more weight with the leverage of standing straight up.
not necessarily more, it just places additional stress on the long head of biceps (and less on the short head) as it is at a larger joint angle. this exercise probably isnt crucial for all workouts however it is good for variation in your routine to keep you motivated!!
Did you mean to say "if we stopped with pain we would get NOwhere baahahah"?
True, some muscular soreness or "burn" may be involved in working out. But pain experienced in the joints is not necessary.
But I'm guessing that with your many years of lifting experience, I don't need to tell you that...bahahah - 15 years old and busting my chops....bahahahah.
I'm pretty poor and only have dumbells of one weight, this looks like a good way to get more out of them :)
