No, that was the original (or, maybe just another). The song has been re-done 5 times since the original version. Tears for Fears may or may have been the original I don't know. But the version from this video is definately not Tears for Fears.

Some of the pictures are silly, that ruins the feeling you get. But I like the other pictures. How did you get them? I reconice some of them, like the mouth sewn shut.
