  • chink! I took the power away LOL

  • Chink-O-Rama was an homage to Spic-O-Rama because I loved the show and because A/PI audiences and artists at that time had no entree into american pop culture so it was a purposeful link to a master artist who pioneered speaking about race in satirical monologues and sketches. Cheers!

  • wow harsh. I suppose all comedians stole the idea of characters and punchlines from each other forever! Leguizamo, Ullman, Whoopi GOldberg all serious influences on me as an artist. i freely admit that with love and pride as a minority comedian. rock on.

  • In YouTube comments elsewhere she admits (when exposed) that she stole the concept and title for this show from John Leguizamo's 1993 New York show "Spic-O-Rama," but every time she gets the - lengthy - opportunity to talk about it on Canadian TV she doesn't mention Leguizamo, giving the false appearance the original idea was hers. There are at least a dozen astute Asian comedians getting huge laughs with social commentary. Julliard School fame whore should stick to bit parts on "Law & Order."
