I think maybe you misunderstand. I'm a huge admirer of Billy's talent, and not just because I'm from Scotland myself. It's just a play on words - "jock" is an English slang term for a Scot.

Billy is a true entertainer, whatever else he might be (including a ponce for that weird fake Scottish accent he uses these days lol).
