i have found a faster and easier way to make utorrent files download faster. go to options-->setup guide--> chekc bandwich on-->go to second drop down bar and put 256kbs-->go back to options and then preferences-->and make (in bandwich tab) maximum download rate to what ever you want i usually put it at 100 to start and every time it passes it i put it 100 more and so on until you've reached the heighest speed it will go. hope this helped.
