Of all the lost features from this long ago film, I can ASSURE you, the view is still intact. Muir Woods today though is so over crowded that cars have to park more than a mile from the park, which should be more than enough to convince people that cars should be kept out and the road maintained for local access only, with buses to bring people in to the forest.
Very nice. This film should be entered in a contest. Now if they only had such a film on the Ocean Shore Railroad of the 1920s from the cliffs as the sun is setting, I'd be in heaven.

I have biked the "railroad grade" many times. Fun to see how it was then... and I am able to recognize various twists and turns.
