Have you been in Mexico? I mean, the real Mexico... NOT Tijuana or all the border towns, that are full of outsiders and don't give a f..k about those towns.

Just go to some universities in Mexico, ask the students, teachers, etc... ask the Taxi driver and I assure you they all will say NO, they don't want to "move" to the US. And by the way, all students in Mexico are obligated to learn English "and" some other language.
