I'm an IT Executive. I dont know if anyone else here has ever had to fire a very well liked employee who is failing in their job. They shouldve never hired juan castillo as def coordinator, and never started a 4th round rookie at linebacker...If they were smarter coaching wise they wouldve had a great year. Reminds me of my 49ers from last year lol. We sucked because we had the worst coach in the nfl mike singletary

@AnThOnyV993 I couldnt agree more with most of your comment. We do have the talent to turn it around and get right. I DO think Matthews is a good pickup...he just needs a REAL def coordinator to coach him. Anthony, the bottom line is this. If Coach Ried does not replace Castillio with a REAL DC, and I mean right now, our season is lost. We STILL have 7 teams remaining that do nothing but RUN all day long! If Ried doesnt get a new DC, Castillio AND Ried will be looking for new jobs next year.

@thenewmike2012 Yea im not saying that guy is a bad pick but they probly shouldve goten a veteran linebacker at least for this season. Nnamdi isnt used to playing zone. Idk wat castillo is thinking. Their problems could be easily fixed if they just change their defensive scheme but i dont know if they can fix them in time for the bills. Maybe theyl pull off the upset..This game will tell if their still gonna be in it or not

@AnThOnyV993 Right, this game will say alot becuase it really is a "must have" for us. I thought what defensive tackle Jenkins said after the 9ners game was key. He basically said "we just dont have that Killer Instinct on defense". The talent is there, the coaching is lacking horribly. The way I see it this year, the cut record to reach the playoffs in the NFC will be 11-5. We are cutting it way to thin right now.

I hope that the Eagles can actually get out the slumps but I have to honestly say that with this Eagles drought right now, I see that it is impossible for the Eagles to beat the Bills. They are not balanced, the offense is unproductive and the defense is not working. I would hate to go against the Eagles but as Chris Berman says, "NOBODY and I mean NOBODY circles the wagon like The Buffalo Bills!"

Andy Reid is soft. Should not have let the eagles play so conservative in week 2 when Vick came out. That cost them their season. Eagles will lose to the bills and ppl will realize YOU DON'T WIN by the skilled positions being stacked. O-line and qb. See New England.

the Bills are HUNGRY at 3-1 this year....birds are NOT at 1-3. bills at home after a loss will be even more pissed off...its not looking good. no trent cole, peters, parker lol...not good. I want to see Andy , Marty and Juan all FIRED at halftime. Let Mike Zordich takeover and find a new coaching staff. if they lose this game the season is over.
