  • I used to spread lime & gypsum with old UD nissan's. Also i would have shut the PTO off to give more power to the drive axles but that's just me

  • @the bigbyrd77 get yourself a kenetic rope!

  • where can i get a tow strap like that im tired of buyin new ones that always break

  • stuped

  • If I wanted to watch 20 seconds of floor, I would just LOOK AT THE FUCKING FLOOR.

  • I snatch rope has its place and so do chains. If you know you do not need a jerk use a chain. But if you vehicle is lighter than what you are towing (yes i know there is a certain amount of resistance form being stuck. i have pulled enough trucks to know) than use a snatch method with a snatch rope.

  • 0:13 what was that noise?

  • & here's what the ground looks like...so pretty.

  • wow.... what the &%$* is that snatch rope rated at?

  • dumbass people if they use a chain and tried doin that, it would snap an only god kno's where the hell that shootin metal will go, that nylon tow rope is way better than any chain could ever be

  • @Chase7227 that is not necessarily true. chain does not store allot of energy. so it will not fly like a cable. Not to mention if a chain was used here it would be a half inch (or should be) and the average breaking strength at 50,000 pounds. I hardly thing that truck weighs that much.

  • @mccormickchainsaw With rough calculations, if the pulling truck weighs 12 tons, moving forward at 15 miles an hour, its generating 80 tons of force going forward, or 161,000 pounds, approximately. You still want to use a chain?

  • @vadersbain I aint scared I will use cable if i have to

  • That's how it should be done.

  • Ill stick to my chain

  • What was they doing there? spredding calsium?

  • @SFtruckerWolf Lime

  • @SFtruckerWolf Applying limestone.

  • Big trucks are designed to be pulled by the frame. If driven correctly, these trucks are just about unbreakable.

You to stay back when they do this, straps and chains can break.

  • The most AMAZING strap fucking ever! lol

  • i'd be more worried about destroying the drivetrain on that pulling rig.

  • That was Heavy, nice rope! :)

  • man Ive seen chains snap with less force than that. Do you have connections with spiderman?

    Truly amazing.

  • Camera man FAIL.

  • Could off still pulled his bumper off.

  • the strap was fastened to the frame. There is a hitch point built in between the frame rails.

  • Whats wrong with using chain?

  • Can you do that with a chain? If you answer yes, please STOP doing this, because your gonna get killed!

  • How is that any different?

  • no kidding lol...

  • were is this? they have farms in jersey?

  • You shouldn't do it with your rope either. You are lucky that the snap didn't break the bolts off that hold the tow pin cross member to the frame rails, and it would definately bend the cross member.I have driven Freightliners and have had them stuck before so I know from experience, over 18 years.

  • @TowRopeMan what do you mean?

i would have thought chain would be better?

i dont know much about this...?

  • becuase it could snap under pressure and whip lash back to u with soo much it could take u down and kill u

  • @HighAway Haha I know how hard it can be jumping in and out to hook up. Check out Kringstad Ironworks and their "Safe-T-Pull Overview" video here on YouTube and let me know what you think. The video is posted by "SilentKiller 805" Its a practical pulling accessory that making getting out a breeze. Much cheaper than other methods. NO NEED TO GET OUT TO HOOK UP!

  • @HighAway chain's don't give so when they break the break stuff

  • @HighAway: coz a chain isn't really flexible. So the frame can get broken or the chain breaks in the middle und flies back to the trucks... perhaps in the windshield, and kill the driver?

  • I am using a 2" nylon tow rope. I have a business called The Ultimate Tow and Recovery Ropes, I sell these ropes. Thanks for the interest.

  • @TowRopeMan

    Your rope is impressive

  • wut kind of rope do u have?? where did u get it??

  • kinetic ropes are great

  • damn that gives new meaning to yanking some one out , nice job tho
