yep thats how it is and if YOU go to Chinese opera and stay there for(say) about 1 week I am sure YOU WILL learn some strange moves or if not you WILL be able to perform some moves.

The training is so hard that you would feel like you are a POW who has been captured, but at the end its for your own good. I GUARANTEE THAT

to do it you need to do lots of head bridges and neck strengthening. A goo chiropractor is a nice touch so that you don't kill yourself training your neck. Just keep working at it and you'll get it. I can't do the kick ups though, any thoughts on training to do that?

I can pretty much do all of that stuff and some more martial arts except for that flip with his head, that's hard.
