1.buy tons of homes and Shops and set the Budget/Rent to 100%.

2.Save it.

3.Hit your middle button then go to DashBoard.

4.then go to your Console Settings.

5.Date and Time.

6.Set the Date to 2025.

7.Load fable back up again.

8.Once uve done all that Walk around for a few seconds and watch what happens. :).
