I now have this working on IOS 5....Only difference is you seem to have the bars between phone | safari | mail.....but everything else besides the battery Icon looks the same ......your instructions will have to be modified quite a bit for IOS 5 and the install packages from cydia are a bit different

Nice theme once again Kuanyu. I am on a Iphone 4 IOS 4.3.3 and got everything to go in place ...even the location and weather widget......everything looks exactly like yours EXCEPT...the Lockscreen....cant get the one you have to save my life...and those are the images it shows in the folder and yes I have rebooted my iphone
