I love that place , Grew up in Stockton. My mom takes my kids from Arizona and drives to take them to the Fishing Derby every year! like she did us. & When we visit stockton one of our stops & what the kids expect is to go to Pixie Woods!
For the record, Pixie Woods is a very clean and very well maintained park with new attractions and play areas created regularly. This park is an absolute gem in this area and very unique to Northern California!
Actually, Pixie Woods is beautifully maintained. The grounds are clean and the flowers, shrubs and plants are well manicured. Much credit to Parks and Rec and the Pixie Woods board. If you visit, you will see that it is far from run down.

They should of visited PolardVille in Stockton like this... too bad people didn't even know of the place.. I loved that little Ghostown as a kid..

The lion fountain was one of my favorite things about that park. It got me started on collecting photographs of unique water fountains.
