I'm pretty sure Tom has a BIG Wacom Cintiq. They are available in 12" models now, my buddy has one. It seems great, if you don't mind a 12" screen. I use a 4"x5" Intuos 3. It works fine as well. (see my videos)

The software is PhotoShop CS2, and I use a Wacom Cintiq with a Mac Pro.
