1) Not sure what you mean by "apple thing".

2) For slow motion: you go to "powerups" and click it to select, then click again to "scroll" through the different powerups including: Gravity, Boost, Bomb, and Slow Motion. Put the slow motion right at the edge of the junmp.

3) Yes, this is Free Rider Two.
