Nice job for a pep helmet! One thing bout the resin though. You dont have to follow by the directions every time. If it's hot outside use a little less hardener so you can have more working time our if it's cold use more. I had to use trice the ammount of hardener yesterday cause of the temp and I had about 20 min to work with it before it got tacky

you could also color the helmet silver, let it dry, and then color it pink...once its dry, use sandpaper on either the edges or on the body of the helmet to scratch out some battle damage looks. But make sure not to sandpaper it to hard or you will end up scratching off the silver as well....Just a suggestion :)

Here are a couple of tips... You can use ordinary (cheap) soap and warm water to clean the expoxy resin off your brushes. Finally, make sure that the finished helment has lots of time to loose it's fumes before wearing it. Thanks for the vids. I think it is really great that you do this and share it with us.
