@ ReIVleDy: this was released after Tsukihime i think... not sure bout that but some reckon its set in the same world, some dont. I think it actually is set in a parallel universe cuz of Tokou and her sis. I agree with Demeted as well, Best series of the 14 i've seen so far... nothing beats this, its graphics storyline etc.. and yes, when i recommend this series, people want to quit generally after the first movie, i tell them not to. Then the end up liking the series =D
@ ReIvLeDy: yea.Type-Moon (the name of the company) made this. It is based of Kinoku Nasu's best selling novel(s) in japan. If you havent seen it, i highly recommend it as it is done with amazing graphics, great storyline etc...
However, the first movie (this is a series of 7 movies with an OVA) is quite boring and people will usually quit after that, DON'T QUIT NO MATTER WHAT. go onto the second movie after and you wll start to like it. Youtube isn't letting me type much more so go to wiki =D
@911TheUnknown Nasu himself said it's hard for people to get into and told people to be sure to stick with till they reach Movie 4 so they can understand the plot. Honestly even if KNK is my first venture into Type-Moon's main works (I loved Canaan before, though I could never get into the Fate series), I personally enjoyed the 1st movie and I consider this series to be my most favourite anime series of all time. XD
Was this made by the people who did Tsukihime? The art style looks very similar, and even the concept of the eyes and knife seem ripped straight from Tsukihime.
@RelVleDy Yeah this is by the same people who made Tsukihime. Actually this came BEFORE Tsukihime (they're set in a similar world, but not in the same one) and I personally consider it to be Type-Moon's greatest masterpiece.

@ Demeted I have also seen Canaan and I loved it. The Fate series was a bad one for some and a great for others. Personally i like it =P
