@kephren1 I see. Actually mate I have a problem: I've gone onto the site and tried to download this film, but it only downloads about 3/4 and says thats its finished. When I play it, it gets so far and says the data is corrupted. For some reason, my computer won't download it all.
it would seem the man in REd is the strategic operations officer on the station, the women in yellow probbaly an operations officer on the station. we seen Dax pilot the defiant and she was a science officer, and then Nog, an engineer.
the LT in red (security chief) is well fit, id do him hehe btw why are the helmsmen wearing yellow and security wearing red? lol its the wrong way round.
the senior staff where transported 2 the ship but what of the rest of the crew?
Look out for time index 06:47, the Borg visual enhancement lasers seem to indicate that two Borg are behind the camera checking out the butt's of those on screen. I wonder if the Hansens(7of9's parents) witnessed this behaviour during their studies of the Borg collective.
ya but in the last episode of voiger, a future janeway came to voiger to get the crew home faster. they used some sort of borg wormhole staition to get to earth in a split second. and while voiger got home future janeway was teliported to the bog queens room infected with a viras to distroy them. this blew up the wormhole port and distroyed most if not all the colective...i think...
The wormhole is called a transwarp gate. and she only detroyed part of the collective. remeber back at the scorpian episodes. there is an entire space filled with borg. and that was just one queen. the collective have many bright females be the queen so everything will be in order. so they might have destroyed part of the collective. but they can't destroy the whole collective without creating a weapon ship and destroy worlds.
they control their borg. remeber we saw a borg queen at the end of voyager. and it was destroyed. then in first contact there is another? the borg queen is on every borg cube and sphere and any borg ship there is. she orders her part of the collective. so yes they function the same time.
as far as i know the borg only have one queen. one individual mind.
the cubes are all conected viat technoligy that conects to her mind, if their where more then one queen, they would eventually get into cival war, and chaos would soon follow.
seeing as the borg are all "one mind" im prity sure your wrong. the queen in first contact was the same one queen, but since she died in the past, she was still alive in the future. or the borg just remade her.
i see where i went wrong. if you remeber back in justice league unlimited where they had to fight braniac. every time they destroy a drone there is another to take its place. like the borg queen if one queen is destroyed there is another queen to take it's place.and not all the queens are humanoid, some could be klingon, vulcan, cardassian, romulan, or any other species in the star trek universe.
ahh yes. then it must be that the replacement queens are either:
A: inactive untill the previus has died,
or
B: set as drones, but upgraded by automatic machinery when the time comes.
im able to see automatic machinery operaiting to rebuild, upgrade the queen, compleatly indipendent of any orders from the queens deaths. perhaps an emergency failsafe, in witch they activate when no orders from the queen are recieved, and deactivate once the queen is rebuilt.
Just to elaborate upon the theory, the first "queen" as fans know her was destroyed at sometime during stardate 50893. Her successive "replacement" was infected by the pathogen around stardate 54973. Extrapolation of those dates; ST: First Contact took place in 2373 and ST: Voyager - Endgame in 2378.
And what of the neurolytic pathogen? If we assume that there is only one queen; her role similar to that as a queen of an ant colony, can we not conjecture that any drone LINKED to the hive mind would have been affected by the pathogen? Understandably those individuals with the biological "defect" from Unimatrix Zero are no longer linked to the Hive hence the effect would likely be absent.
Not if you eject the warp core. The core was set to explode the moment that the ship came out of warp. The trick here was ejecting the warp core the second before it came out of warp. That way, the core continued move for a second, leaving the ship behind (and throwing it suddenly out of warp). And yes, it was a small miracle that the Dallas survived this, but it was the only logical alternative to certain destruction.
Question, why do the assimilated exomorphs attack the infected borg drones randomly?
Very nice actually!

my guss is that the borg queen is going tome buy and stop the infected borg. and why did the incfected borg keep killing his own drones anyways?

... so theirs more then one queen? o.0
are they all functioning at the same time, or do they just wait in line for the one ahead of them to die?
