haaa way to name your puppy after a serial killer. sounds like a really good idea for you to back up from the youtube ED recovery scene if it's something you're ready to put in the past.. 6 55?!?!!! that isss insane. once a week is really really good, the only reason I would be worried about that, even though it's still "bad" is that it is still on the edge of spiralling downward should somthing bad happen in your life. Like you don't want to have it as your fall back. obviously. Yay you!! :)
Dexter is so precious, I bet he is keeping you busy 24/7! gotta love the puppies :)
I agree with what you said about the community and I was also more heavily into it when I was more sick, especially watching people who were also more sick as well. Gaining muscle is possibly what saved me in recovery, I love that strong feeling and having energy, its so motivating! Congrats on the half marathon, that is super impressive girl! its great to hear ur in such a good place! take care!
Sarah sarah beautiful sarah :) Your puppy is SOOOOO adorable.
I am so thrilled that you've come to this point in recovery. I love your attitude. I'd definitely follow your health/fitness vibe on you tube. Its so much more positive. I guess we all move through this illness at different rates and I'm right where you are now so bring on the running talk - I LOVE that I'm strong enough to run/cycle/swim these days. Its worth all the effort in recovery to be strong again x
OMG, Dexter is so cute!! So great to see you again!! I totally understand what you say about YouTube being and not being helpful somehow. Good to know you are back on track. I missed you... I'll be you with you always!! Love you!!
it's been forever since you updated. Dexter is so cute!
I have also had a very hard time recovering. i've been trying to for 3 years with no success. Sometimes i feel the same way you do. I feel like sometimes my videos might hurt others and i worry about that... but then i get responses saying they're being helpful...and they help me feel less alone. But I think moving your videos to a healthier more fitness related direction is great! But remember, we are here for support, if your struggling.
I'm so happy for you that you're doing so well!! It was great to hear from you, stay strong! <3
