that was really horrible of Viki to have dumped Clint for Sloan like that. After all, clint did everything for her and her kids and that's how she repaid him...and it was all for nothing coz Sloan wound up biting the dust anyway.

Oh thank you so much this was such a treat to watch and really sets the mood for Christmas and reminds me that OLTL will never be as good as it once was. All the characters seem to have changed for the worse and seeing this lighthearted Christmas moment is just great.

yeah their ain't close moments like this anymore. the show's gotten way too sleazy. This show was never like that in the past. Viki gets on my nerves nowdays too. Even she ain't the paradigm of good behavior anymore.

Did this Christmas dream with Asa and Chuck Wilson happen oncamera? Chuck was the guy who came back briefly when Asa died wasn't he? And I know he was around briefly in the early 80s.

I didn't realize just how close Asa was to Sarah. I'm glad they never had him try to steal her from Bo, like he did with some of Bo's earlier women.

Really good holiday moment. I miss the old school Buchanans.

Earlier that year Asa's nephew Austin raped Sarah after he framed Bo for killing Alicia Grande so he could seduce her. When Austin raped her she shot and 'killed' him. To protect Sarah Asa buried him on Llantano Mountain, now that's devotion. I still remember being shocked when it turned out Austin was still alive though.
