Pyrethrins work great, your just have to know how to apply them safely. In the USA you can buy a pump sprayer for 8 bucks and 4% pyrethrins for another 20 dollars. Apply in well ventilated areas with a n95 mask on, in the mornings and leave for the day. Apply the pyrethrins to perimeters, known trouble spots, common hiding areas. Pyrethrins have a very good safety track record and kill BB's effectively, you just need to use common sense. Apply once a week in the morning, they will die.

I have the little suckers right now and they are the worst thing ever because my skin just inflates and it's so freaking itchy. I let off bombs in my room though I know they are just hiding somewhere because I still get bitten from time to time. I've been dealing with them for awhile now. I refuse to say how long but it's been awhile. I live with it now. Though at first I was freaking out too.

Im having this problem right now, and since at the moment i can not afford to pay for a professional to eradicate this suckers from my life, I have found that Ammonia kills these pests almost instantly. Get a spray bottle and fill it up with ammonia and spray it on them and where they live. Youll see the results! Mind you, only (in my opinion) if you already have an infestation, only a pro will solve your problem!! Remember: ammonia!!! Good luck !!!!

if you travel a lot...you should get a packtite. my husband brought bedbugs home in his luggage twice from trips. now he just puts luggage in the packtite when he gets home, unzips luggage, turns it on. in 4 hours bedbugs are dead. we have not had problems since he bought it. i think you can google packtite to find it.

it gets worse. i've been batteling centipedes for a couple years. i was getting stung by centipedes every night in my sleep. recently, i found out that the centipedes were not after me. they were after the bed bugs in my bed. people are just collateral damage of centipedes. There is a website called Bedbug Resource that shows pictures of bedbugs. They are round and flat but after they feed they are full and round. Ask for a freshly washed blanket at hotels. Sleep with lights on. Wash all clothes etc. when you get home and bag your suitcase.
