This seems like crony-capitalism to me. Serious Materials seems like they are getting a bailout or at least a government subsidy, obviously. Why do they receive it instead of say Anderson windows or Paella windows? Anderson seems to make the same energy efficient claims. I am guessing someone at Serious is very friendly with government. I am not saying there is anything wrong with green energy, at least from an environmental point of view, but it does have many consequence such as higher cost .

Is it common for business to maintain a CONSTANT level of debt? How would this effect the presumption that market expanded jobs will increase domestic demand? What is the historical relationship between the economy, increases in government revenue, and deficits?
