I did some building work at a few nursing homes and talked with residents. I've come to realise that these people are so sad in their, its horrible. They realise that their whole way of life has been wrong and that they have all their lives been fed upon diet of mis-information.

They realise right in the end, when its too late.

I work in a nursing home and been there for 8 years now. I am 28 now!.

It would be absolutely lovely to have a ballon man come and visit us and see their faces light up. Maybe I can put a word in and mention it to one of our activity co-ordinators to arange somthing.

Learn to make them so you can put on your own show. It's not that hard and the net has a lot of sites on how to do it.

I was an intern at a nursing home one summer. I dumped gallons of dicksnot in those old whores late at night. Old fucks don't smell, they don't tell, and they're grateful as hell. They really like Metallica, too.

What can I say? It's just wonderful!!!!! I am a retired musician (guitarist,vocalist) and I have entertained many times in homes for the elderly. We had some wonderful times.

Sometimes the people in nursing homes are forgotten about. As a future nurse, it is great to see people like this that go above and beyond to visit with them and to show them someone who cares, and can have a fun time with them.

Amen. My late Mom was in a good nursing home and I used to see so many lonely people who's families didn't come to visit them. It broke my heart, it really did. When I see things on the news about bad nursing homes it saddened me beyond belief. It's very cheering to know that people like the balloon man, musicians and entertainers go to these places to visit and cheer these people.
