  • how to use shaking in fcamera, realy i dont understand to much, so my idea is good, photography nice

  • Too much shaking!!

  • who heard the iphone notification at 3:38

  • who heard the iphone notification at 3:36

  • Didnt like tjhe choreography , camera angles made it look staged

Most importantly however you failed to give an establishing shot of the legal authorities in pursuit of the smugglers for the audience...

On a positive note , the look of the film was nice...yet too much music which also seemed like some redneck fantasy stereotype ~~ i thought maybe it was done by Spike Lee

  • a job well done

  • Really well done. I'm 15 and those kids are lucky. I'm just shit.

  • woww I love the photography!!!! awesome guys

  • What kind of project was this? 4 week? year?

  • wow i really like all the angles and the music behind the film was done very well. the only thing that i didnt care for was everytime the man pulled his gun out on the lady he like to point his finger for some reason.

  • @hippoman357 Well that's training for these situations. Even in the military we use guestures. Pulling the weapon is a preventative step. But then comes escalation of force. You're always one step ahead, so as she gets down the weapon does as well but is always trained and one step ahead of her stance in case she turns. The finger pointing and guestures are to come across more "friendly" and human like. You would react slightly better to this than someone pointing a gun at you with both hands.

  • I liked it. :) Can't wait to start at New York Film Academy this January...It's going to be real fun. I've heard so much positive opinions, reviews, and things about the school itself and I was instantly intrigued.

  • It's Amazing! Great job you did!

  • @eddybigz its a film school, they make like 8 films a year per student, and each students helps on other students films, so you work on tonssss

  • CAMERA WORK WAS EXCELLENT

ACTING COULD USE SOME WORK ALONG WITH THE WAY THAT THEY HELD THE GUNS WASNT VERY CONVINCING

    BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCELLENT

  • excellent i almost cry, very good acting!

  • Well executed real cool looking video.

  • what program did u use to edit it ? , and whats the camera ? , nice work btw ! :) Im going to apply for the new york academy soon :)

  • why the camera jumps here and there where it should have been just be put on the tripod? what camera did you use?

  • @SolioSSS what you talking about ? Fuck tripod, this shit looks awsome the colours and the camera angle is great, i creates a better feeling with the camera moving allot :D

  • This is really well done. What I saw on camera was good but behind it too. Good directing and good editing.

  • I see a very real expression of the mexican culture and also about the border patrol behavior, (not always but sometimes) As a Federal Worker in my country, I have to congrat the master mind that created this marvelous video and also, add that I want my son to become one day (if possible) part of this great Institution that is the NYFA

    Mucihsimas Felicidades.

  • Really... this is such a geat story, at least for someone who lives in the mexican border and understands the situation of thousands of migrants, I can say that in this film I have found a very great way to show how the worst situations for a migrant could become very dramatic and of course complex, in this video ladies and gentleman,

  • if you had a better story it would have been great, but other than that it was good, and you got a good eye for camera shots

  • nice

  • beautiful ;)
