It doesn't look like Kauffman stadium at all. It's missing the water fountains in the outfield but they'll get it spot on next year.
At 1:45, that's where I was sitting at for the Royals VS. Angels game. Front row!

It is all just automatic based on the situation. There is no specific button to push to barehand. If you are charging a slow chopper the computer will just put you into that animation if it is called for.
