Thats a fantastic idea. I wish they'd do something like that here. My heart always breaks when I see abandoned/feral cats. I trap and neuter as many as I can, and then set them free. I have unsuccessfully tried to humanise a few and came out second best. All animals should be spoilt and cherished in my opinion. Thanks for sharing:))
