Reasons why i have the same laptop as this one (i am using right now) is and idk why i bought:

1) You can't play games, the graphics sucks specially for fps; combat arms, MW

2) this laptop is damn slow, had to upgrade to window 7

3) window screen wont turn on and also had to upgrade to window 7 same time.

4) this laptop is more like for girls laptop

5) hate this laptop, just hate but imma get alienware soon

I rlly hope u upgraded to Windows 7. This computer was terrible with Vista til I upgraded it to 7. It's my mom's pc (I have a brand new iMac and an old Black Macbook) and it still sucks. Battery lasts only an hour. Im downloading starcraft 2 on it now so I can laugh at it try so hard to run such a simple game.

IMPORTANT! I've had this exact laptop for just over 2 years, and I can tell you now that after the first year it started corrupting, I kept getting the blue screen, it was slow, and the memory was running out. I now have a brand new PC (check my channel for a 4 min video of it) which is at LEAST 1000x better than this laptop :)

Firstly 1200x800 is not "high resolution". That's actually low for a 15 inch screen. Secondly why would you keep saying that it has a Intel Core2 Duo CPU when it's badging displays an Intel Centrino? With some of Intel's lower speed mobile processors Centrino Duo (or 2) means it's a dual core Mobile Core 2 Duo. When it just says Centrino it means it is a single core mobile Core 2 Solo.

i got the same computer around the same time nddd my opinion is that its suckss theres no lock to keep the screen shut the sound is ok but the noise that comes from the computer is loud and annoying my screen doesnt clean very well at all and the screen were it keeps it together and holding up cracked and broke the mouse pad has to be calibrated very often and the software is slow and most of the gigs are taken up by the software on the computer

Hi guys.. my DELL INSPIRON 1545 was working fine yesterday. I got back earlier today, turned it on, and the part where its supposed to ask for my password, a blank screen appears and i can only see my mouse cursor. any ideas what is wrong with it? its running Windows 7 home premium 64bit. any help/tips will be greatly appreciated! -Rain
