You probably doesnt remember me.. but i talked to you a while back on here.... we talked about basic training and army stuff... well ... i finally joined and now at AIT in Ft Gordon.... just got my order to go airborne and ft bragg after i graduate.... do you know any awesome places or awesome things to do there?.. i am from Cali just like you man..so anything you like .. i prob do too...
@Sh3pardMelody My MOS was 31M then it went to 31D then to 31R. When I was at Gordon I usually just stayed on post or went to the Augusta Mall. At Bragg I used to go all over. Its probably not there but they used to have a rock club called the Flaming Mug. Also Porkys if you like country
i lived 8 years in langen at the Langen Terrace which was, when my memory serves me correctly, the housing for the 233rd Base Support Battalion which was/is connected to the CFK. i had several friends over there from 1995 - 1999, i visited them often overe there, it was the first time that ive seen 1 gallon bacardi "bottles"....and i remember the fights because of phones within the barracks for calling overseas for free or something like this... greets from germany.
They were probably trying to oxygenate you. Post-op is where they watch patients the most. Probably good they didn't give you of the good stuff. Affects your breathing. I did a post-op stint. Those docs watch a lot of reruns of MASH, so they try their hardest to mimic all that. My older sis worked in medical units, formerly called MASH units, in three conflicts. She had a good sense of humor during those times. Doc humor must have rubbed off. These are becoming a routine of my Sat. nights.
dislocated my shoulder 12 years ago they gave me Demerol to knock me out and put it back in ,,,no surgery ..just move it bacl from the middle of my chest to the socket it belonged in..was out in about 2 seconds after the Demerol,,Dont remember nothin' except..waking up with one of my co workers driving me home ...DEMEROL iS OKAY!!!!
