  • STILL UNHUNG OR EVEN NOT BEEN INDICTED ,,,were are you butchr Bush or dick cheney . 24/04/2011

  • 1:55

    our colleague Vincent Bugliosi

Bugliosi should be familiar with circumstantial evidence.

Circumstantial evidence may not guarantee accuracy.

    It's inference.

    Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus too.

Just because Bush, W, Cheney, Nixon and Obama left or remains in office doesn't excuse them from being indicted.

They went to war without consent from Congress and should be tried on moral crimes due to choices made by inference.

  • I love the Judge. I am just amazed that a left wing nut like Nadar would listen to him.

  • I like the Judge.

  • somebody explain me how is intelligent man like Napolitano working on FoX ? i though there's no room for ppl IQ ower 65 on FoX.

  • @Jarmo187 thats what I was just thinking! Is he still at Faux?

  • Bush and Cheney will be dopes on ropes soon enough . It's only fitting they go the same way as they murdered Saddam . Napolitano should be encouraged to run for President , some integrity and truth would be welcome .

  • Bush & Cheney will never be held accountable because they are above the law. Mug, rob, torture and kill one person and you get jail. mug, rob, torture and kill millions and they call it "war".

Torture and murder are just that, torture and murder.

And, there has only thusfar been one country to use WMD, that country was America in 1945. Once you cross certain lines, there is no going back. Using WMD and torture are two such lines.

  • When Judge Napi speaks i listen..

  • great video

  • "...criminal conspiracies..." Come on, Judge. You're not a conspiracy theorist, are you? Conspiracies don't happen. People don't get together and discuss plans to affect outcomes or alter circumstances to their advantage. Come on!

;);) Of course, I agree that Bush & Cheney should be indicted, but it's not likely to happen. The great majority of somnabulent "Americans" have lost or never had an appreciation for liberty and most don't know what it even means. We're pretty much toast.

  • Bush rounded up thousands of American Muslims and Arabs after 9/11 ? Really ? Where ? I think Ralph Nader bumped his head on the dashboard of a Corvair and is now senile.

  • Ok..........Ya................ indite them for keeping our country safe after 9-11? Why not indite king nobama for treason? Suing the state of AZ for enforcing federal law that already exists?? Are you fucking kidding me? There were far worse presidents than Bush, even Obama for that matter. You fucking democraps are so stupid. When your logic is proved wrong, blame Bush! Something bad happens, BLAME BUSH! Get the pitch forks!!!! Wow I am so tired of hearing you sheep sing the same song...

  • @RaiderHater729

Lol what an idiotic partisan rant. Partisan radicals like you should be wiped out on both the democrat and republic side. You call people sheep but that's exactly what you are. You are the type of idiot that will keep voting these crooks into our broken government.

Obama, Bush, Clinton they all represent corporate interests. Stop being a partisan hack, you call others sheep but that's exactly what you are. Just a sheep for the other side.

  • oh this is crap, every president and his staff do insanely illegal things, buts lets only indicte the republican presidents

  • I see 8 retarded Sarah Palin supporters watched the video.

  • Why are all the comments here about "Fox news" and not about the actualy legal facts of the issue hes discussing? Lol this is what i mean when i say the american public are party driven sheep. All the news stations have figured this out and they try to appeal to a particular base. In the end what you get is arguments about the news station and not about the actual issue lol (sad sad sad for America that is).

  • @shaqdaddy11 i think people are mentioning fox news bc these 2 clowns are on there almost everyday, and napolitano was a HUGE bush butt buddy

  • @hanrahanorama or maybe it points out that "idiots" regardless of parties are "idiots" indeed lol. I dont know, i just get tired of people complaining about right and left. But hey im just one man, the masses will continue to fight amongs themselves. While the liars from both parties play the power game every 4 to 8 years.

  • @shaqdaddy11 i hear ya on that one, to quote katt williams, 'didn't we just get out of a bad eight year relationship with a president? can't we just be single as a country for a little while?" lol

  • @hanrahanorama true. At the end of the day republican or democrat. They all simply want power. To think that any "political" party actually cares about people is to not understand politics at its basic. Lol Having the two parties is like keeping two bad cooks. One puts to much salt and the other puts no salt at all. The result is the same though "food that dosnt taste very good".

  • um..it's called the Bill of Rights for a reason.

We also have Human Rights, or do you think those are privileges that can be taken away, too?

  • YOU HAVE MY VOTE!

  • To the misguided robots:

Please list the Constitutional rights you "lost" under Bush.

When Bill Clinton is indicted for incinerating 80 innocent American men, women and children, and soiling the Oval Office with his jizz--

When Barney Frank is indicted for running a homosexual brothel out of his apartment and paying for his boyfriend's tickets out of his Congressional office--

THEN, you can try to indict Bush and Cheney on your alleged "crimes".

  • @USAon3 No americans lost any "rights" under that sorry sack of shit. You can't lose what you never had. americans don't have "rights." They have privileges. Rights can't be taken away, privileges can. As far as what bush/cheney are being accused of in this book/video; it's common knowledge. What you acuuse Clinton, and Frank of, isn't. You seem to have the inside skinny on jizz/homosexuals, and you're obviously christian right. Is your pastor Ted Haggard?

  • @ddrose06

Then what's with all the lefties screaming "BUSH TOOK ALL OUR RIGHTS"?

And what WIllie and Bumpstop Barney did isn't common knowledge? Don't tell me, you were hiding under a rock during his impeachment going "la la la I don't hear it so it didn't happen". Don't tell me you didn't catch Barney's trial.

And if I'm "obviously Christian right," you must be "obviously Commie left". Tell me which is more respected in the US.

  • So gitmo is still open, people are still being held without representation, the spying is still going on and the patriot act has not been repealed yet the current administration is not guilty of the same things? I specifically want kaysand-whatever to address this question.. You seem fast at typing and have all the answers.

  • @kuhioffxi Great point, if Bush and Cheney will be indicited, then Obama and Clinton would be indicted the next day. Also Ronald Reagan, Carter, Kennedy, and many others would be too. It's no wonder no one does anything, because everyone knows it happens.

  • @kuhioffxi

I'm a left-winger, but I'll be the first to admit that the current administration is JUST as guilty.

Anyone who takes part in these crimes deserves to be condemned and punished; it doesn't matter if it's

Bush and Cheney, or Obama and Biden.

  • @kuhioffxi Not at all. It is OK when Obama does it!

  • infowars.com prisonplanet.tv learn the truth. our goverment is being hijacked by international banksters and massive corporations. this depession we are in will not get better! WAKE UP stop watching tv and get active in this fight for liberty and freedom

  • Saying that Bush/Cheney should be indicted, but Obama shouldn't is like saying a speeder should be prosecuted and given 100 years, while a mass murdering psycho should be let go...

  • @trith72 Explain what Obama has done that compares to what Napolitano alleges Bush/Cheney to have done?

  • @Brewchief2002 If you agree with holding our president accountable then you must stand with us in the upcoming impeachment and prosecution of Obama for violation of our Contitutional Rights and Treason against American citizens, which he is most certainly guilty of. If you refuse, then you are nothing more than a political tool and a hypocrit.

  • @trith72 "violation of our Contitutional Rights and Treason against American citizens, which he is most certainly guilty of."

What evidence do you have showing he is guilty of what you claim? What "Rights" has he violated, and how has he commited treason?

  • usually judge guido is right i love watching this guy

  • Natural rights? Love the judge but such a silly notion

  • @a5dr3 Legal positivist, are you? Natural law is what convicted the Nazis.

  • I forget what positivism means in the legal arena but the whole notion of natural law is so absurdly arbitrary. Even if you could formulate it it would be so ridden with fallacies it would be comical. I'm a Calvinist so I actually would argue for something sortof similar, but it only flies on exegetical grounds within that coherent worldview. The Nazis are the best example from the last century of why there is no natural law! There was nothing "natural" that stopped them!

  • @a5dr3 i thought positivism was basically just that law is man made and has no necessary connection with morality per se.

  • @Desarollo26 yeah that sounds right. I'll look it up later. FYI - Positivism in philosophy is retarded and almost universally dismissed for the last fifty years but all the pop atheists still basically assume it without justification.

  • Oh shut the fuck up. Why aren't they focusing on the injustices of the Obama Administration? Seriously get over it!

  • Napolitano speaking the truth! Bush-Cheney shredded the Constitution and only cared about appeasing their corporate friends with Government contracts with our tax dollars and Tax Cuts for them too! The Democrats and Republicans as they both stand now are not good for the Country!

    Paul/Napolitano 2012

  • @48SunDancer You're one of those foolish people who don't know what the Bush Tax cuts did. So cute. The less money you made, the bigger the tax cut you recieved. Under the Bush tax cuts, 50% of households don't pay a dime in taxes. 40% of taxes are paid by the top 1% of earners, and 75% of all taxes are paid by the top 5%.

Do some research before you talk.

  • @ZERO1344 AWWWWW how cute, your 1 of those fools that will defend your party to the point of stupidity! ZERO-SUM brain cells is what you have and you clearly missed the point but thats what I expect from "party loyal" nitwits such as yourself! HA HA HA HA HA HA and you call me foolish!

  • @48SunDancer It's cool how you used facts, and not random insults, to refute me.

    (sarcasm)

  • @ZERO1344 "Under the Bush tax cuts, 50% of households don't pay a dime in taxes. 40% of taxes are paid by the top 1% of earners, and 75% of all taxes are paid by the top 5%. "

Let's talk about what these tax cuts actually were. The only group of taxpayers who got a larger cut than the ultra-rich were the poorest people in U.S. That group saw a decrease of 5%, while the ultra-rich saw a decrease of 4.6%. In the meantime, the middle classes only got a 2% cut. So who benefited the most?

  • @kaysandesses

which is why we are in an economic depression as we speak. thanks to obama were finally starting to see a relief

  • @oakur1 EXACTLY. Even Bush's own team of economic advisers said the tax cuts were a bad idea and would like lead to deficit problems and SS and MediCare solvency issues down the line. Dudley Dumb Bush claimed those cuts would stimulate the economy and stood by his claim whilst an average of 700k jobs went down the tubes every month of his Presiduncy. Now, the simple-minded morons who voted for Bush keep singing the same party songs. Dumbasses, just like their leader.

  • @ZERO1344 "Under the Bush tax cuts, 50% of households don't pay a dime in taxes. 40% of taxes are paid by the top 1% of earners, and 75% of all taxes are paid by the top 5%. "

What evidence do you have supporting those figures?

  • @kaysandesses The IRS.

  • @trith72 What a meaningless answer. You might have well answered, "The Internet". Where does the IRS state that 50% of households pay absolutely no income tax? You seem to be familiar with the issue, surely you can point me to a report of some sort.

  • @kaysandesses @kaysandesses Just go ahead and google "50% of households don't pay taxes"

    Plenty of reputable sources there.

  • @ZERO1344 I fully expected you to return with the classic "look it up yourself". So you expect me to prove your argument for you? You're a fucking loser who can't support his own argument.

    Dismissed.

  • @kaysandesses There's no way to provide links on youtube, something you're obviously unaware of. If there's a link in the comment, it doesn't get posted because the youtube people assume it's spam.

  • @ZERO1344 People post links here all the damned time by putting spaces in appropriate places or saying for instance: go to uradumbass com.

  • @kaysandesses It never works for me. Either way, if you take 6 seconds to google "50% of households don't pay taxes", you'll get more links than I could give.

  • @ZERO1344 That's better. However, you're still wrong because you claim they don't pay ANY taxes which is not true. You must be a Hannity accolyte. 47% don't have income tax liability, but they still pay in to SS, Medicare, federal fuel excise tax, etc.

You have yet to answer my post where I showed that under the Bush cuts the only people who gained more than the ultra rich were the ultra poor.

  • @kaysandesses I can't finda link because it was said just a few hours ago, but the director of the CBO said that the majority of the tax cuts went to households making below $250,000. I'll provide a link ASAP.

    americanthinker(dot)com(slash)2010(slash)03(slash)lying _ about _ bushs _ tax _ cuts(dot)html

Scroll down a bit and you'll see a chart, backed by the CBO.

  • @ZERO1344 Yes, nearly everyone got a tax cut, BUT the ultra-rich got 2.5 times more of a tax cut than the middle class and most working families. The key issue is who got the bigger tax cut.

  • @kaysandesses If a dude who makes 100 million dollars gets a 1% tax cut, he keeps $1,000,000. On the other hand, a dude who makes $100,000 gets a 75% tax cut, he'll keep $75,000.

Of course the rich had a bigger number of dollars saved.

  • @ZERO1344 I'm not talking about dollars, I'm talking about percent tax cut. Why do you continue to ignore the data I posted? The poorest people got a 5% tax cut, the ultra-rich got a 4.5% tax cut and the middle classes got a 2% tax cut. You can make up all the fantasy scenarios you want but it doesn't change the facts.

  • @kaysandesses I never saw any link that you posted.

In the link I posted, it shows that the richest 20%'s taxes went up by 4.1%, the second highest 20%'s taxes went up by .3%, the middle 20%'s taxes went down by 1%, the second lowest 20%'s taxes went down by 2% and the lowest 20%'s taxes went down by 1.3%.

I fail to see how the rich are benefiting from tax increases.

  • If he said this on Fox, it would absolutely be cut out of air.

  • @gevse you are sooooo correct. Because they are fighting the good fight against the main stream truth.

  • @gevse : just in the same way that MSNBC would cut out any criticism of Obama.

  • what are you talking about they always criticize obama on msnbc. .. Well not always, but whenever I am watching there is always at least 1 criticism of him, except for chris matthews. Keith Olberman criticized obama when he said he wanted offshore drilling like a month b4 the BP spill.

  • @macuser712 : ok. so your point being? From what little I watch on youtube, Glenn Beck rhetorically criticizes Bush's past policies too. Seriously, when was the last time you saw Obama's henchmen vilified on Olbermann's worst person hall of fame? (disclaimer: I have no TV). Fox had token "hard liberals" like Colms - do you think his presence made it "fair & balanced"?

  • @gevse thats why he didnt say it on Fox ;)

  • @gevse Why don't you try watching Judge Napolitano on FOX?? He's the most sane voice on television and he's on Fox News. You sure as hell won't get the kind of "both sides" issues put forth on NBC, ABC, CBS or CNN.

The Judge is just the kind of voice to expose the Republicrats for what they are; the right and left wing of the Government Party. Both willing to protect the corrupt status quo at any cost.

It seems you've been duped by the President and the remainder of the media.

  • I hope to live to see that day!

  • isnt guantanamo bay still open doing what its always been doing? this guy isnt making any sense, if it was that big a deal to the point its criminal then why is it still open?

  • @XXXREDROOMXXX Your assumption is that because something the government is doing is illegal it would be discontinued, which is naive, far too trusting, and inherently false. Supposedly, though, it's being closed down and the prisoners are being moved to a prison in Illinois. It's still open because it's a good tool of the government. They won't give up a secretive prison until scrutiny is too high for it to remain open.

  • @brett42092 I don't think Bush is a criminal, the CIA has always done that kind of stuff, people are acting like they were born yesterday or something, like its all brand new. Guantanamo though should stay open, its probably a good idea to keep certain prisoners off US soil, just to be on the safe side. What I really can't understand is why people still talk about Bush like he's president, now he's just some old guy in Texas, if you want to change things you have to talk to our current gov. ?

  • Everyone is wrong at some point.

  • dude..have you edited this video?? 0:27-0:38 is some how edited , nice work anyway . I do believe bush belong's to jail .

  • Good point, Nadar, but if you hadn't run in 2000 Gore would have won (as he should have anyway, winning the popular vote), none of that would have happened. Thanks for giving bush Florida, and the rest is history - bad history...

  • @znarf541 You should blame the loss on Bush's clear cheating in the election not on Nader who is an upstanding guy

  • I love this man

  • Right on Judge.

  • With the majority of the Supreme Court in the right wing (Rich Party) hands, they are the same assholes that left Bush steal the election; I think Bush and Chenney will stay free to champion torture and not human rights.

Fox News sucks, it is just right wing propaganda. Fuck the Tea Baggers also.

    God Damn Republicons.

  • @rickheilman What do you call CBS,NBC,ABC,CNN and MSNBC?

  • err Anybody else notice the editing at 0:32 ?

  • What Bush and Cheney did to violate the rights of several thousand people as referred to Napolitano is nothing compared what they did to their own country and the average American. Good thing most of the average citizen is too stupid, nationalistic and uneducated to notice. Most clueless population in the industrialized western world and the Republicans know how to play them like a fiddle.

  • @stevejbons I agree wholeheartedly. However, both parties are at fault for playing the American people. They are simply opposite sides of the same coin, which is in the pocket of the larger monetary interests who pull it out and flip it every few years so we don't get TOO angry or dissatisfied.

  • I Can't WAIT!!! for Election Season.

    The internet is here

    The People! are here.

i don't need a contract, an earpiece, and a microphone for you to hear my opinion.

    IT's Right Here.

  • napolitano has a weird forehead

  • @DeathWillBeSwift wow thats deep.....

  • @DeathWillBeSwift its more like a two or threehead

  • Funny how he dosn't present any evidence against Bush and Cheney.

I guess you have to buy his book to get it. LOL

  • @crutmauler You're kidding right? Everyone knows and there are documents proving his point. Give me a break, Bush and especially Cheney deserve to be prosecuted.

  • due process

  • fuck this asshole we are at war

  • judge...youre a decent dude...but you know that nothing will be done. Its almost a moot point.

  • Spain since the end of the General Franco regime in 1975 people in that nation have been calling for a trial for the officals of the General Franco regime. This country has been calling for a trial of Bush and Cheney since 2001

  • He has a new show.

    Self peddling shyster.

  • Good grief Napolitano has re-gained his soul. Is it me or is Bill O acting more Centrist too? I swear TWICE he has made Sarah Palin look like the Moron she is on Fox WTF is going on is it snowing in Hell?

  • ONLY IN AMERICA!

  • The Obama administration is too pussy to do anything to prosecute any of the wrongdoing done during the Bush years.

  • @freewngs More like it opens a can of worms. I know it might be unbeliveable to a few out there, but what if (and im just saying what if) they are scared of pointing the finger because they are just as guilty.

  • Its soooo nice to see people tell the truth when they are not playing the game on Fix news:) His days are numbered on fox news:)

  • bush, obama, clinton, bush senior, all should be loked up along with their staff.

  • @sharinganclan213 Nixon, LBJ and JFK all did some shadey stuff too. JFK sent soldiers into vietnam, assassins into cuba, helped the Ba'ath take over Iraq by purging oppostion leades where a rising star, Saddam Hussien made his name by killing thousand of teachers, doctors, lawyers and politicains

  • @sharinganclan213 and when i say supported i dont mean sat on the side line and cheered but sent in CIA operatives to find and point out targets

  • The second Watergate anyone?

  • @SarcasticTofu what about iran-contra? They got away with that one and they'll get away with it again.

  • @The1CamBo Such is the way of our government. By their reasoning it's simply easier to bypass legal and ethical standards then having to actually get things accomplished in the way our forefathers intended in the constitution. And considering how the vast majority of our politicians are of the highest economic class and have the fiscal means to buy influence in politics, they usually do just that. For example, the lowering of income taxes on corperate business and the rich since the 1930's.

  • Right on, it was a Crime President or not.

  • @theleftofsatan That was a HUGE war, and the contitution allowed it during his time and crisis.

  • Where was this fox news airhead Napolitano 5 years ago. OMG does it get any better than this. I guess when you get the right amount cash stuffed in your pocket from Fox News you will say anything the tell you. This guy must have be a pisser on the bench.

  • @theleftofsatan And Andrew Jackson violated his powers of Presidential authority when he personally went against a Supreme Court ruling that was won by the Cherokee nation regarding a land dispute over their territory in the state of Georgia and forced them (along with the Seminoles, Choctaw, Creek, and chickasaw indians). But was it right? And in Abraham Lincoln's case, he was involved in a Civil War dispute where an entire nation was in conflict...you're comparing apples to oranges.

  • Obama is such a coward. The Bush administration should have been indicted.

  • @rg0057 yeah its Obama's fault the states are not trying to indict Bush.

The last thing Obama needs now is to go on a crusage and push tea parties and neo-cons over the edge...the have a weak enough grasp on reality as it is, they would lose it completely if he did that.

It is the job of state and local law to get the ball rolling and take it to the supreme court. no need to drag Obama into it, the man has enough shit on his plate as it is.

  • @rg0057 He is no coward. He is in charge of the biggest economy on earth and it was falling off a cliff when he took office. No coward would even attempt to do such a thing and it is a lot harder to do than just talk about it. As for indicting bush and cheney, he has bigger things on his plate and it would only divide the country into a civil war. So I think he is doing this the right way and it isn't as easy as you think.

  • No common sense! What is the priority to guarantee the security for the citizen of USA. You cannot please everyone. If you have a choice which group would you please first? If you wish to please the Islamist, go ahead, then go to their side. I did not come to America to be colonize by Islamist, or by Mexico for that matter. I came to America because I want to be like Americans.

  • @WonderingHow

U appear to be doing a great job of assimilating so far, seeing as ur whole argument is based on the lies told to u by Bush & Co

No Jihad was coming to the USA other than the 1 the Bush Admin personally financed

The smoking gun which proves this,is far more conclusive than "weapons of mass destruction"

Mass media only tells the truth when it serves mass media

Investigate for yourself the riddle of "Building 7",there's but 1 answer

Or just watch Zeitgeist 1,2&3 (not Pres.Clinton's 1)

  • is this supposed to be news? people have been saying this for years

  • It's not too late. Do it!!

  • i dont always agree with napolitano but at least he is consistent. he is not one of those people that bring out there libertarianism whenever a democrat is in office and look the other way when a republican is in office, his beleifs and principles are consistent.

  • @greektruther Consistent my ass.

  • @drizztmay The U.S. Constitution specifically includes the habeas procedure in the Suspension Clause, located in Article One, Section 9. This states that "The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion, the public safety may require it." I guess Bush had a POPULAR rebellion on his hands, and an invasion of Democrats back in Congress. Is THAT your reasoning? Nice try tho!

  • Anyone else see or hear of ANOTHER "logical" and "legal' reasoning commentary, please let me know!

  • The "White Paper"

  • Napolitano rules !

  • @Lighthouse724 I suppose you don't do irony. My dead-on misspellings of "muslin" and "althiest" may have blinded you to my attempt at sarcasm.

  • Why is this so shocking? Libertarians adore social liberty. It's not like we're conservatives. Fiscally, sure - but too often, liberals forget that we're just as adamant about ending the wars, stopping privacy intrusions and eliminating torture as they are. We're as much a natural ally of liberals as we are of conservatives, but we're also natural enemies of both. It's a frustrating relationship.

  • @dissolutionman

Perhaps liberals/progressives "forget" things like that when they see guys like Ron and Rand Paul schmoozing with the likes of Sarah Palin and other corporatist, imperialistic, jingoistic conservatives and neo cons...

Im a fan of the Pauls...but when they welcomed Palin in, it was obvious that they did that for political reasons. Politics doesnt bother me, its when they cast aside their morallity/ideology for political purposes that frustrates...

  • Ralph Nader should have been president.

  • If having a president was actually a good idea (which it is not), Napolitano may be the best candidate.

  • @Larencium Tradera I've been drinking iced green tea all morning.... Thank You!! I love Obama!! He is the most intelligent president we have ever had in the history of America.... and I am a white man who lives in New York City. He is for the middle & lower class like all liberals. Conservatives are only for the rich & corporations.... FUCK the little folk. I just can't comprehend the mentality of Conservatives. It goes against everything I believe in.

  • Whole interview:

    watch?v=qJ198VFDUc4

  • Judge is a Constitutionalist, not left or right.

  • It's easy to agree with him but I still don't trust the guy. Anyone who hosts a duplicitous, opportunistic liar like Palin on his show and NOT challenge her on moronic stances like being both for lower taxes and an expensive "muscular foreign policy" meaning more confrontation and wars (they ain't so cheap now are they?) and is courting many of the same people on the network that cheer-led Bush on despite his gi-normous fuck-ups (even if he criticized him) should be viewed with deep suspicion.

  • OBAMA is like the most awesomest president we have ever have...... he is so for the people!!! LOVE THAT MAN!!

  • @zmelon

    What have you been drinking?

  • Bush and Cheney are safe. Their partner in crime Barack "Barry Sotero" Obama will make sure of that.

  • Condi Rice committed perjury when she told the 9/11 Commission the "Bin Laden Determined to Strike in US" memo was not a warning. It warned of preparations for hijackings and planned attacks in the US. See my video "Condi Lied Under Oath to the 9/11 Widows."

  • Any idea why this is happening? Yet another twisted attempt by the Obummer administration to take the focus off their sinister agenda and lack of action. What is the best way to hide? In plain sight....just like this current administration is doing by drumming up all this garbage. I'll take Bush/Cheney ANY day over this mess we have now!

  • @nebudesgess Clearly, Napolitano speaks for the Obama administration. He's probably been a secret muslin althiest working for the KGB all these years, and no one noticed.

  • @doctorkoon

ROTFL!!! Is that really the best the crazier Conservatives have to say these days?

If you insult Bush you must be one of the following.....

    1: Unamerican/Unpatriotic

    2: Secret Muslim/Commie sympathizer

    3: A dirty Liberal

    4: Socialist

    5: Atheist

  • @gtw1983 The ignorance of the conservative movement today makes it impossible to ridicule them, because they are so ridiculous that any ridicule you might direct at them is immediately thwarted by the actual absurdity they manifest daily. My claims that Napolitano is a "secret muslin althiest working for the KGB" ought to have been absurd, but the fact that conservatives make absurd statements every day hindered your ability to see that I was trying to ridicule them.

    See example below.

  • @doctorkoon

Haha good job,I honestly thought you were serious.Sorry about that ;)

Yeah there's no telling what new spin they will add to every situation to turn it in their favor.

  • @doctorkoon Obama is a Zionist tool just like Bush and Cheney. Wake the F up!

  • @airborne373 I have awoken. It's absolutely true. You should stop typing, arm yourself, and go underground: the Obama Youth Brigade has been activated, and is looking at everything you are doing. EVERYTHING. Throw away your cell phone, your computer, and all other electronic devices: the secret cabal is omnipresent.

Oh poop, I've said too much. Now I have to go underground, too.

  • @doctorkoon : Darn, and just when I thought it was safe to come back OUT!

  • @nebudesgess

    You're an idiot,this guy isn't a Leftist.

It's one of your own fellow Conservatives.God forbid he actually tell the truth about how bad Bush and Cheney sucked, without being automatically labeled a Marxist by his own kind.

  • Wow; and this from a rabid right winger. Of course the spineless dems; just fluttered away in fear from any indictment...

  • How is this remotely suprising? The Judge has wanted Bush/Cheney indicted since they were in office. He's had the same criticism when on the Fox New channel as well.

  • Criminal non action, by O et al, is a fatal blow to our constitution,an affront to the laws of a civilized world and by all indications, herald an end to this experiment that has made us the light of the world; We must at all costs honor what fathers had the genius to pen & make the law of the land.Politicians are playing with fire when they abrogate any part of it illegally and must at any cost be held severely accountable or our way of life is at an end.

  • Wow! Fox news should be firing the Judge in 5. 4. 3

  • Wow way to go Judge! I wonder what Roger Ailes has to say about this?

  • Amazing what this guy will say when he's not at the stifling atmosphere at Fox News. He's probably issuing a retraction as I write this.

  • Napolitano denounced by Liz Cheney in 5, 4, 3...

  • Lying to Congress is, in fact, a crime. No mention of being "under Oath" is made in this statute: bit. ly/d1pq1K

  • wow for a second I thought it was janet napolitano.

    Anyways, I back him 100%

  • What. Napolitano is saying the same thing we're saying?

    What.

  • If I was the judge. I would be more concered on the natrual born subject.

  • Seems that sometimes we get caught up in believing that the "government" or the "officials" that administer the government are like doctors-- who are allowed to inspect and test and diagnose our ailments and then are free as they please to prescribe remedies. We have to remember that they are merely professional politicians who have learned how to manipulate whole populations.

They are people like you and me.

Would you allow your plumber to listen to your private phone conversations?

  • Fox/GOP is going to have him retract his words; just watch.

  • @GBTRU Or we'll see where Napolitano retired or suffered some accident.

  • @kaysandesses first of all, Bushes are not in the power, the CIA or FBI have no obligation to them anymore. That was during the presidency, they are now simple civilians with lots of money.

  • @GBTRU Not likely. He's said similarly critical things about Bush and Cheney in the past. Fox Business Network seems to give him a fair amount of latitude.
