I liked Emma. She was the prettiest of the candidates (alright I know it's not a beauty contest!) and I admired her passion for business. I also thought she did well not to have more notable tiffs with Zoe, who she had to work with a lot of the time. In the art task in particular it must have been difficult to have Zoe intervening on all her sale attempts. Many contestants would have had major rows with Zoe in this scenario, but Emma calmly and maturely stepped away from any verbal altercation.
