I went to Remuda and Remuda Life Oct '00-March '01... Yea, my parents spent $88k sending me there...they then had to take out loans when I went to college. But they always said they never would done anything different, it saved my life.
did you get help paying from it? i really need to go there but its 90 thousand dollars!!how crazy...but did your insurance help at all? how much? my parents aren't made of money, and i really need to go there!
@cait72590 Yeah I think we spent at least that much. RR is expensive, but worth it...parents use retirement money, take out 2nd mortgages on their homes, take out loans, and in my case we used some of my college savings as well but it was TOTALLY WORTH IT!
I'll ask you the same question I asked someone else. From what I've seen, most of these girls have the same framework and struggled with anorexia or bulemia. None seemed to have struggled with obesity. Is this a place that addresses that issue as well?

outside people dont realize how eating disorders affect everyone and places like this are truly a gift from God.

Yay Appy staff! I heard Susan left though :( And Carolyn, an Appy primary therapist switched back to doing family therapy at Lazy Fox.
