Great satisfaction for my lazy butt today....best part though was your hair do! So so unmotivated today......i don't think im sleeping well actually.a bit of sleep apnea i feel. Glad to see you being creative. What do your kids do when you are in your studio?

@liverson2 LOL! my hair is a laugh isn't it?! it doesn't look like my profile photos anymore- shorter and not as cute. should have never tried to "loc" my hair (dreadlocks). oh well- it's just hair. my kids are usually sleeping or at school when i film now. they're finally used to me being an artist who films the process. so if they come in and see me working with the video camera over the table, they'll whisper "are you filming?" sweet!

I am really enjoying watching you use all your supplies!! I have SO many scrapbooking supplies and I too, am not really a scrapbooker! So this is great...it's giving me so many ideas! Question:

I've seen you use that one pencil a lot in your paintings...is it just a regular graphite pencil? I always seem to smear mine when applying paint on top. What kind of pencil do you use?

@leetlemother hello! i'm not alone- yay!!!! :) i use a 9xxb graphite pencil by kimberly/general pencil co.  it doesn't smear (much- i don't pay attention cause i like the grungy look) unless i work over it a lot or add water or deliberately smudge it.
