I'm not just hateful. I tried to keep an open mind about islam for a long time, but what clinched it for me was spending a lot of time in the middle east. there is no penalty described in the Quran for apostasy. In fact in one portion it says "if one believes, then disbelieves, then believes again only to yet disbelieve once more", than he shall not be forgiven" or something along those lines..that is something similar to saying "i put a gun to my head, pressed the trigger...once...twice.."..if you're DEAD, how can you believe and disbelieve again?
