+3 defense

+20% healing spells

+1/+2 combat stamina regeneration

+25 stamina

You get it from the circle of magi...

There should be a templar possessed by a desire demon,if u kill him u get the armor.

But he's actually wearing Knight Commander's Plate which u can get from Farryn outside orzammar ^^
