Raczej kicha! Bo od Poznania przez Warszawę, Lublin, Chełm do wężła w Kowlu to chyba nie wiem kto broni? Głupota? Bo raczej nie prześwit torów: w Chełmie:1435 I mm za Bugiem:1520 i 1435 mm w Kowlu na głównej stacji. W Chełmie jest dostępny "rosyjski" tor szeroki a i w Kowlu ukraińskim jest dostępny tor "euporejski". Idiotyzm polega na tym,że strony nie mogą się dogadać!
