  • Eat and drink what ever you want, ( in moderation) so you will shorten your life by 10 yrs. Those years are when you are old anyway and at the end, enjoy your life wile you can and stop thinking about your death all the time.

  • @lukkbox I think a check of the family history IS important because it implies how sensitive one is genetically/biologically to eating "normally." Some people can eat shitty all their lives & live to a ripe old age, while others can't. I think the points she makes are legitimate, it's just a shame the industries, corps, & governments are trying to blotch out a good portion of the population by all the crap they put in our meat, processed foods & yes...even the agricultural foods.

    What about fat fish?the eskimo's are known for having not many heart problems.So what about the Omega3.The algea doesnt seem to work properly.And ik also heard from a colleague who has many vegans among his friends that they have many problems with their digestions.Not very inviting this way of life...

  • I have already suffered 2 heart attack & have what my phsyican calls dangerously high triglycerides & LDL, and i was told that if i do not get these levels under control i will have another. This did frighten me and i knew i needed to do something to reverse this damage. I knew plant sterols were powerful so i tried Sterolyn, and i'm very proud to say that my triglycerides have gone from 512 all the way down to 155. LDL count down from 240 to 132. Great product.

  • Read "The China Study" by T. Colin Campbell and read Caldwell Esselstyn's book on Heart Disease reversal. He's a former Cleveland Clinic surgeon and Campbell is a Cornell University researcher. These guys will tell you the truth and not sell you some fad diet or pill.

Sugar-starch combinations and fat rich food as Nuts ur will become a moving house with a none functioning heart! More starch means more insulin and more insulin means more fat in ur heart and veins! More fat in ur veins and artery can stop the transportion of oxygen to ur heart and brain etc!
