how do i edit the videos of this camera..i have one but windows movie maker doesn't recognize its format, it only reproduces the sound not the video help me plz!!
My camera came with ArcSoftMediaImpression software. When I connect my camera to my computer (Windows XP) I click on Media Impression icon.
Then I click on Make Movie. That downloads what is on my camera. For Editing I use a program I bought called RoxioEasyMediaCreator10. I open that program and move the ArcSoft movie to it and then edit. Does that help you?
