Everything in the house had to be ripped out floor carpet everything took 4 dump truck loads to removed all the trash .. WAS a really nice home at one time... It took months to get the place livable..Again and cost the owner somewhere around 100-200K to repair/remodel...Never buy a use run down home... Save more money have one built or buy a new home that was just built.. By the time you get done fixing a trashy one like on this video you be spending the same amount as you would for a NEW Home!!
I helped clean out a house out in the country.. The parents apparently never changed the children or clean up there accidents... The were trash every where rotten food everything it was apparent that the people never took out the trash or anything.. The house was found vacant after the landlord stop receiving payments.. He said they lived there for 9 years and didn't know anything was wrong never had any calls from them but always got rent.. And figure the was no reason to bother them...
