I thought it was a relevant question. Newt didn't want to answer so he attacked the mediator. And they cheered for Newt :( that is so wrong on many levels.

They booed romney in the last fox debate because a question was asked about immigration and it was also said in there that he had relatives in mexico. It is like god sending you to hell because your cousin was having it on with another cousin in her bedroom. I knew more than enough when I saw them booing Ron Paul on his sound foreign policy arguments.

@tmmy773 - It would have been relevant only if they asked John Edwards about cheating on his wife who was dying of cancer. Or if they asked John Kerry about his bad breakup with his wife. or if they asked Hillary about Clinton cheating in the whitehouse. THEN it would have been relevant for Newt to answer. Besides he answered anyway.

@MarineguyNY but isn't hat the point? They should have asked Edwards and Kerry about their (cheating) affairs..if they had that election would have been different. They didn't as you say...and they should have. Maybe now the process can be more fair and transparent. Newt did answer but did so in an argumentative manner and not simply "answering" as most people would.

I don't know what makes me sicker to the stomach.. Newt Gingrich himself or the so called conservatives and Christians that persist on flocking behind him. If this guy has actually repented? more power to him but he does NOT need to be our president either way and if he had any inkling of decency, he would quite simply step down from this race. The atrocious infidelity aside, Newt is also a NWO lackey and for that reason alone we should all run.

I love my country and with Obama at the helm we will soon be a European style welfare state, even as the Europeans themselves are beginning to understand that Socialism doesn't work. It may be too late for them but we still have a chance and I think Newt is the guy to fix things......again.

@alparinello I feel strongly about this but I will not knock you.. however, as for me? I am definitely voting my convictions instead of the 'lesser of the evils' which is the way I used to vote. I understand this is a personal choice that everyone has to make. One other thing that I would like to throw out there.. It's a little unclear about who in the current line up could defeat Obama but the nationwide polls suggest it actually is Ron Paul! That is debatable of course.

Newt was set up. They let him do this to himself so they could hammer him all-day , seen the news?
That newt thing was staged. Gave him 3 minutes to belittle the host , give me a break. The thing CNN was really doing wrong was giving him a platform to dismiss the interview, He didn't have to pay for it and they allowed him to look like he was being attacked (poor victim), instead of the cheating (abusive) husband he was.
Turns out , thy gave him rope and he hung himself.
