  • her frontal lobe is very narrow as her eyes are also very close together. The head circumference is also in the lower percentile.

  • i have never done that but i might in the future

  • My daughter has these too.. The neurologist that we saw said they were "harmless shutter attacks"...? Not sure if that is the same thing as what you were told... But what your daughter is doing is just like mine.. almost like the just got the chills for a second and they shutter...? He did say that they were harmless though, they eventually go away, can last a couple years-but should not affect them too much while they are learning to walk and make them fall if they have one while doing so...

  • Several autistic children have these types of seizures, check into information on the combo of those two and see if you find any good info there, best of luck, on your sweet little girl.

  • My daughter has Begnign Neonatal SLEEP Myoclonus. It looks just like your child but only when she is sleeping. You can look at her video i will try to uplaod it to you. I am new to youtube. Hope your baby gets better. My neurologist said it olny last up to 4 months and in rare cases a year but usually never longer. God Bless you and your child.

  • psychogenic seizure also named pseudoseizure =

A clinical spell that resembles an epileptic seizure, but is not due to epilepsy. [b]The EEG is normal during an attack[b] , and the behaviour is often related to psychiatric disturbance.

  • I have heard of that before. However, I was under the assumption that infants did not get psychogenic seizures. I understood that it was more likely this was some other issue. Have you learned differently? I would be curious to learn more.

  • I just googled, i dont have any experience with it.

If you google for example: infant + seizure + normal EEG

you get some good hits, gl.
