ah yes the predator damn this monster is good. on the multiplayer demo i was a predator and a marine was following me so in a corner i stopped and the marine was looking right at me but didint see me. then he walked off and i done a stealth kill from behind him. lol i was like holy shit i love the predator

The only thing good of the marine is the weapons, but its hard to stop aliens, and for the cloaked predators the only thing you have is a sort of radar that starts making more noice if your getting close

I wonder... if you were playing a multiplayer match and you were predator, would you be able to see other cloaked predators with your thermal vision? I'm asking because, in all avp gameplay vids, when you use your thermal vision and then turn cloak on, you can't see your hands. I'm seeing a little distorsion, like parts of the body becoming visible and turning invisible again, so that may be the way to spot other cloaked predators:-?

Yes, exactly what you say is true. I played the demo as predator and alien (not marine yet cause I dont whant to piss my pants getting scared ^^) And yes, predators see other cloaked predators using thermal vision. Cloaked predators will not be shown that easy evan though however. They will glimmer a little. Basicly you can only see small parts of their bodies. but enough to understand that is a predator :)

Well pretty much everyone who played the first 2 games (like me) will be great at this game with all species, because they know everything, how ever, the new guys who didnt play the first 2 will have to learn all from the start. Most of us will have great skill as all species, singleplayer and multplayer.

I agree, when I play as the alien on the demo I usually get around 25 kills each match, same with marine. With predator, I get 30 almost always.

I can't wait for this to come out, the only game I play right now is the demo.

I think what Ghosty is talking about is In the original Avp gold edition, which is what this game is based off of he lost his camo everytime he attacked. Keeps it fair, doesn't make much of a difference anyway, you can pop right back in at a moments notice.
