well NECRO can actually play drums and guitar and used to be in a metal band with his brother ILL BILL (who can also play guitar & drums & can sing) they supported sepultura back then!

no, ya can't really say that. you'll find most rappers actually have a fair amount of musical talent. especially these days as they are constantly trying to find something new. cypress hill, the psycho realm, DJ MUGGS, La coka nostra, mr.hyde, there are more but I don't need to run a list. you can possibly say that 25% don't have instrumental talent but still... there's no real evidence is there! it's just very narrow-minded to think it to be fair!
