You don't get it. I don't use YouTube as anything other than a place to put my files. People in the music busness do not watch YouTube for new talent. They check Sound Scan Numbers and Alternative Distribution Alliance numbers, or work with the Nashville Songwriters Association. Maybe you have views in YouTube but I get ASCAP checks. And just so you know not everyone who is successful in the industry needs "a name" for themselves. I have "pub" rights that pay me. YouTube views LOL
